Hello my name is Lisa Williams and I am the Broker/Owner of Williams & Associates Realty.  I've been working in the community for over forty years providing homeownership information, education, real estate and mortgage lending services. With many years of experience in the affordable housing market, I've built a reputation for successfully taking care of my customers and providing them with the best service possible. I have worked with customers of all types - from first-time homebuyers, seasoned homeowners, and real estate investors - each focused on customer satisfaction and realizing that no two customers are alike. I will provide my customers with the highest level of professional service available in the real estate industry. I have been in the real estate industry for over 45 years, and 23 years as Broker/Owner of Williams & Associates Realty.

I look forward to servicing our customers current and in the future. Working in the community, I have served as a committee member of New Opportunities for Home Ownership in Milwaukee (NOHIM), Future Milwaukee, The Leaders Forum, Milwaukee Urban League Guild, Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) Lenders Advisory Committee, Lindsay Heights, and other local government agencies.
